Thomasville Teens Tackle Workforce Development

Thomasville Teens Tackle Workforce Development
April 5, 2019 Immanuel Reed

Our Thomasville Boys & Girls Club teens are looking to take the workforce by storm this summer. During spring break our teens got an opportunity to increase their workforce development skills. Teen members at Thomasville learned how to properly seek employment and participated in mock interviews. We are working hard to ensure our teens are educated and trained on how to enter today’s job market with programs such as Career Bound. High school aged members, 14 and older will be given an opportunity to be placed in their desired career field across the metro Atlanta area this summer.

Career Bound not only focus on workforce development however life post high school graduation. With the help of generous donors such as the Community Foundation we are ensuring that the Boys & Girls of Metro Atlanta is making a difference in the lives of youth in the Thomasville Heights area.
