Dear Parents & Guardians –
I’m writing to let you know our last day within the school will be Friday, May 18th, 2018. Like previous years, summer programming will be offered to our Radloff students at our Norcross and Lawrenceville locations. However, in August 2018 we will not resume afterschool programming in Louise Radloff Middle School. We are happy to report you should see no gap in care for your children. We will serve members at our Norcross location- A. Worley Brown Boys & Girls Club. This Club is located at 5360 Old Norcross Rd, Norcross, GA 30071 – 4.7 miles from the current location.
We’re also happy to report we will be able to offer bus transportation to this Club from Louise Radloff Middle School, as well as two new schools – Meadowcreek Elementary and Meadowcreek High School. We’ve really enjoyed getting to know your kids and the community and will miss the relationships we’ve built here.
Over the past 10 years that we’ve been at Louise Radloff Middle School, we’ve struggled to get our membership numbers high enough, however we’ve had and continue to have a strong presence in Gwinnett County.
We are proud of the staff that has served here at Radloff Boys & Girls Club and we are working to make their transition as smooth as possible. We’ve identified areas of needs at several of our Club locations across the city and hope to relocate them within the organization.
