Bold Moves is the ultimate girl power experience! At Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, we’re helping kids build healthy habits now that will last a lifetime. For our girl Club members, programs centered around physical fitness are even more critical as many do not get the exercise they need due to a lack of interest or obstacles stemming from money, options, and a safe environment to play outdoors. With Bold Moves, we’re getting our girls active and moving with a huge fun-filled and educational fitness event!
Activities will include:
- Double Dutch
- Yoga
- Tug of war
- Hip hop dance
- Football
- #LoveYourSelfie photography station
- Interactive lessons on why good health can lead to success
- Healthy lifestyles experts and more!!!
