CheckFree Invests in Youth

CheckFree has been a long-time supporter of and partner with BGCMA. They are proud to support BGCMA through financial contributions, in-kind contributions and employee volunteer projects.

CheckFree has hosted the Girl Power Summit at their Norcross office for the past five years. The annual Girl Power Summit provides an opportunity to bring middle school and high school girls together to address some of the real-life issues these young women face each day. The event is designed to inspire and motivate girls to make positive decisions today and in the future.

CheckFree has a very personal relationship with one of the local Clubs, the Jesse Draper Club in College Park. The company provides financial support, has representation on their board of directors and conducts “drives” throughout the year, where employees donate toys & gifts or school supplies for the Draper club members and their families.  

CheckFree also partners with and supports Boys & Girls Clubs in more than seven other U.S. cities.

CheckFree views its corporate philanthropy as an investment in the community not just a financial contribution.  The return on that investment is seen on the faces of more than 17,000 children who benefit from BGCMA programs each year. More than 57 percent of children surveyed said that the Boys & Girls Club saved their life.  That’s why CheckFree believes in and supports BGCMA!
