Brief History
Douglas County Boys & Girls Club was founded in 1982 and moved into its current facility in 1998. An outstanding Board of Directors and community partners, including Abercrombie Family and WellStar Health Systems, enabled the new facility to be built and fulfill the mission of Boys & Girls Club by inspiring and enabling young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.Staff
