Students of the arts continue to outperform their non-arts peers on the Scholastic Assessment Test. BGCMA recognizes the arts as a critical element of education and youth development. Arts & Cultural Enrichment is a core program area for BGCMA. We offer a number of artistic and cultural opportunities and outlets for our Club members.

Through our arts programs and community collaborations, BGCMA Club members have gained visibility, respect and confidence through exhibits hosted at numerous locations, including, but not limited to, the following well-known Atlanta sites:

  • High Museum of Art
  • Georgia Dome
  • Atlanta Fulton County Public Library
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site
  • Atlanta Botanical Garden
  • Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta
  • The Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia
  • SunTrust Bank
  • Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
  • Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

BGCMA also has the Youth Art Connection, a gallery and workspace used for Club members and collaborative community partnerships.
