Fall Festival FUNdraiser at Camp Kiwanis

Camp Kiwanis invites you to its’ Inaugural “Fall Festival FUNdraiser” on Saturday, October 27, 1-5 pm. The camp will be selling pumpkins to raise funds for local schools environmental education field trips. Join us for a day of live music, pumpkin carving, carnival games, apple bobbing, archery and more! Enjoy a hayride tour of Camp Kiwanis with the entire family. Camp Kiwanis is owned and operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. Theirsummer camp program offers Metro Atlanta youth, mostly minorities from disadvantagedcircumstances, to have their first wilderness experience. As private, nonprofit organization, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta improves young lives as well as the communities that surround and support us. Currently, we are trying to become a more integral part of our local community by involving the Madison County School District in our environmental education opportunities. Camp Kiwanis has 160 acres, 17 buildings, Broad River and Bluestone Creek frontage and is an ideal location for weddings, reunions and nature education outings for the local school systems.
