Marquavious Harris

In 2014, at the age of 15, I started attending the Carroll County Club. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Within my first few weeks of being here, I knew people cared about me and wanted to get to know me outside of knowing my circumstances.

I did not have a lot of self-confidence and belief in what I could become. It did not take long for me to realize that my dream of being a recording artist is not crazy or unrealistic, but very possible.

Even today, I know that the encouragement and support I receive are more than genuine. The Club helped me grow my talent. I have the equipment I need, opportunities to perform and most of all support from the members and staff, especially Mr. Antwan and Miss India.

My Club has given me every opportunity possible to be my best self.
